What is the typical delivery timeframe for domestic and international orders?
Domestic orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3-5 working days, while international shipping usually takes 7-12 working days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Do you offer unstitched or ready-to-wear collections?
Afrozeh specializes in premium unstitched fabric sets; however, we also offer professional stitching services as an add-on for most of our luxury and bridal collections.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders, as well as all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfers for both local and international customers.
Can I exchange or return an item if I am not satisfied?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and have all tags attached. Please note that customized or stitched outfits are not eligible for return or exchange.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a unique tracking number and a link to the courier's portal to monitor your shipment.
Are the colors on the website accurate to the physical product?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible; however, due to professional lighting during shoots and variations in screen resolutions, slight color differences may occur.
